With this week's news of the multi-million dollar settlement between LA's Catholic Church and victims of clergy abuse, one has to wonder if the LA Archdiocese is putting Jesus' star in jeopardy on the Wilshire Walk of Fame?

Not sure what anonymous is talking about... but I wonder if Jesus' star is actually more threatened by Oasis Christian Center's decision to start renting their theatre (which was once a mainstream movie theatre -- LACN, I'm sure you have the details). Oasis has scrubbed "Christian" off the theater's name and switched out its banners, so that it now is branded as the more benign "Oasis Theater" (or "Theatre" -- they're not consistent), along with a big banner inviting groups to rent it out. The star still remains, for now...
