This about sums it up...

In the "Best of LA" feature in the LA Weekly, David Zahniser writes about Best Words Carved in Stone. I have to say, for me, I couldn't agree more.

Most mysterious words carved in stone in L.A. would have to be the plaque set into the ground in MacArthur Park with a graphic of a boxer, the words "Mine was the better punch... but it didn't win the wristwatch," and no further explanation.
