311 Irony

It's quite ironic that as the 311 system is facing cutbacks and the elimination of the second phase, the City's Website banner has been changed to feature it. Perhaps this is ITA's way of drawing attention to the vital service that the City has provided for a few years now. Also noteworthy is the fact that the banner on the website hasn't changed in 3 years, so it's definitely intentional that it changes now.
