Currently my favorite is the 6th st. bridge, mostly because I drive over it every day, it is unstable, and will be destroyed soon.
Here is a photo I took (feel free to post it): http://eecue.com/log_archive/eecue-log-655-Downtown_Los_Angeles_from_the_6th_Street_Bridge.html
So many to choose.. I'll give a shout out for The Santa Fe Bridge over the Arroyo Seco and the Pasadena Freeway in Highland Park. An iron trestle railroad bridge that's LA's oldest (1895) and still in use by the MTA's Gold Line.
I'm partial to the 1st Street Bridge from Boyle Hts. to Downtown LA. Love the classic street lights and decorative fencework. Lots of rock bands have been photographed on this bridge.
Fourth Street Bridge is my favorite. I also love Sixth Street Bridge and the iron trestle over the Pasadena Freeway (I had no idea it was that old!)

My favorite bridge has always been the Colorado Street Bridge. Technically I guess that's out of LA city limits, but it's my favorite.
Vincent Thomas bridge for sure!
Rye St. Pedestrian Bridge!!
I got love for the Holly Drive tunnel under the 101 Freeway because I lived just south of it for several of my formative years back when middle school was called junior high.
The Elysian Park bridge spanning the 110 freeway is also a fave, but tops is the 6th Street not only because its gorgeous but also because like eecue said it's soon to be replaced.wi
There was a bridge on the 110 for pedestrians that we could walk over. I remember it from my childhood so I could be wrong about the freeway. Near Echo Park?
i'm going with the 6th street bridge as well...but after this sunday i may have a new favorite.
omg the shakespeare bridge in los feliz? nothing says pedestrian love like the 14 inches of sidewalk width on the north side.
aaaand, for hiking fiends, that foot/horse bridge (wooden with metal frame) up in griffith park on the dante's peak trail.
My favorite has to be (and not the first vote either! Go bridge!) the Shakespeare Bridge in Franklin Hills. As a child going up to my aunt's lovely spanish house in the hills I'd be excited by two things: house of pies never failed to make me want to leap out of the car action hero style and eat pie till my heart's content (mom wouldn't let me go. when i was able to ride my bike past the end of the block it was the first place i went) and the lovely Shakespeare Bridge. I felt we were leaving behind restrictions and dirt and entering a fun and magical land of playing poker with grown ups and eating whipped cream straight from the can. My second favorite, with memories more bittersweet, is the 'bridge' at the sunset junction where I had the first kiss with the former love of my life. now they are building or have already built some horrendous condos right there. i'm glad.
